  • Rinse off all the soap from your body.
  • Turn off the shower.
  • Choose clean clothes for the day.
  • Put on underwear, socks, and any necessary accessories.
  • Put on shirt, pants, or skirt.
  • Put on shoes.
  • Check yourself in the mirror for any adjustments.
  • Prepare the desired breakfast foods.
  • Sit down at the table.
  • Eat a balanced meal, including protein, carbohydrates, and fruits or vegetables.
  • Drink a glass of water or any preferred beverage with the meal.
  • Clean up the dishes and utensils used.
