Recruiting Manager Interview SOP SOP: 1. Review applications for the Kneaders Bakery and Cafe General Manager role and select candidates for an initial interview. 2. Conduct the initial interview and take detailed notes of the candidate’s answers to all questions. 3. If the candidate is deemed qualified for the role, invite them for a second interview. 4. After the second interview, decide if the candidate is suitable for the role and the organization. 5. If the candidate is suitable, fill out the Eforms Offer Letter, background check, Isolved onboarding, home office change forms and any sign-on bonuses that may be applicable. 6. Send a welcome email to the new recruit, attaching the district leader, the head of Human Resources and the training team to the email. 7. Follow up with the new hire within a day or two to ensure they have all the information they need to start their employment.
