  • Identify the most effective communication channels for each stakeholder group (e.g. email, meetings, project management tools)
  • Establish guidelines for how and when information should be shared with stakeholders
  • Schedule recurring meetings or calls with key stakeholders to provide updates on progress
  • Set clear expectations for the frequency and format of these check-ins
  • Create a list of all stakeholders involved in the project
  • Reach out to each stakeholder to determine their preferred communication method (e.g. email, phone, in-person)
  • Draft a timeline for when updates will be shared with stakeholders
  • Decide on the format of updates (e.g. written reports, presentations, face-to-face meetings)
