Balance the workload across the team members, considering their individual strengths and expertise

Identify any potential bottlenecks or resource constraints and plan accordingly

Creating the Sprint Backlog

Select the user stories or tasks from the refined backlog that will be included in the sprint, considering the team's capacity and sprint goal

Decompose the selected user stories into actionable tasks that can be completed within the sprint timeframe

Define clear acceptance criteria for each task to ensure a common understanding of what constitutes completion

Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability

Ensure the sprint backlog is visible and accessible to the entire team

Communication and Alignment

Conduct a sprint planning meeting to present and discuss the sprint goal, selected user stories, and tasks
