Secure the headset cap on top of the fork steerer tube

Wheel Assembly

Install the front wheel into the fork dropouts

Ensure the quick-release skewer is properly tightened

Repeat the process for the rear wheel and align it with the frame

Check the wheel alignment and adjust if necessary

Inflate the tires to the recommended pressure

Drivetrain Assembly

Install the crankset onto the bottom bracket

Attach the front derailleur and adjust its position

Install the rear derailleur onto the derailleur hanger

Install the chain onto the chainrings and cassette

Adjust the derailleurs for smooth shifting and proper alignment

Lubricate the chain and verify proper tension

Brake Assembly

Attach the brake calipers to the frame or fork

Install brake pads and adjust their position for proper alignment

Connect the brake cables and adjust the cable tension

Test the brakes for proper functionality and adjust if necessary

Saddle and Seatpost Installation

Insert the seatpost into the frame's seat tube

Adjust the seatpost height according to the rider's preference

Attach the saddle onto the seatpost and tighten the bolts securely

Finishing Touches

Install any additional accessories, such as fenders or racks

Adjust the suspension settings (if applicable)

Verify that all components are properly tightened

Conduct a thorough visual inspection for any missed steps or issues

Test ride the bike to ensure proper functioning and comfort

Final Quality Control Check

Inspect the bike for any defects or imperfections

Check all bolts, screws, and fittings for proper tightness

Verify the bike meets all safety and quality standards

Clean the bike and remove any fingerprints or smudges

Package the bike appropriately for shipping or delivery
