Preparation

Coordinate with the Release Manager to plan the release of the shipped user story

Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure the overall system stability

Prepare release notes and documentation for the shipped user story

Coordinate with the operations team for deployment and ensure a smooth transition

Closure

Celebrate the successful shipment of the user story with the team

Conduct a final review of the entire sprint, capturing lessons learned

Archive any relevant documentation and update project tracking tools

Prepare for the next sprint by selecting the next user story from the product backlog
