Wipe down and clean any exterior windows or doors

Remove any trash or debris from outside areas

Miscellaneous

Empty and clean out all trash cans

Clean and disinfect all trash and recycling bins

Check and replace any air filters

Clean and disinfect any pet areas, if applicable

Remove any personal belongings or trash left behind

Check for any damages and report them to the landlord or property manager.
