Screening and Selection

Review and assess resumes/CVs of international candidates to shortlist potential candidates for further evaluation

Conduct initial screening interviews via phone or video conferencing to evaluate the candidates' qualifications, language proficiency, and cultural fit

Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders, considering time zone differences and logistical challenges

Administer pre-employment tests or assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and abilities

Offer and Onboarding

Prepare and negotiate job offers for selected candidates, considering factors such as salary, benefits, relocation assistance, and immigration support

Coordinate with legal and immigration teams to ensure timely processing of work permits, visas, and other necessary documentation

Communicate and provide detailed information to successful candidates regarding relocation, housing, local customs, and any other relevant details

Facilitate the onboarding process by providing orientation sessions, necessary training, and support to help international hires transition into their new roles and environment

Continuously monitor and address any challenges or issues that arise during the onboarding period to ensure a smooth integration

Post-Recruitment

Conduct regular check-ins with international hires to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide ongoing support

Evaluate the effectiveness and success of the international recruitment process, including the quality and performance of the hired candidates

Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in the international recruitment strategy and process

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the employment period and address any legal or compliance issues that may arise
