Front of House Cleaning Checklist
- Start by sweeping the entire front of house area to remove any debris or dirt
- Use a mop and appropriate cleaning solution to thoroughly clean and sanitize the floors
- Use a damp cloth or disinfectant spray to wipe down all tables and chairs
- Pay special attention to any sticky or dirty spots
- Use a glass cleaner and a clean cloth to wipe down all windows and glass surfaces
- Ensure there are no streaks or smudges left behind
- Use a duster or microfiber cloth to remove dust from light fixtures and decorations
- Be gentle to avoid knocking anything over
- Remove and replace trash bags in all trash cans
- Dispose of the trash in the appropriate outside dumpster
- Remove all condiments from holders
- Wash the holders with soap and water, then sanitize with a disinfectant spray
Restroom Cleaning Checklist
- Use a toilet bowl cleaner to scrub the inside of the toilet bowl
- Use a disinfectant spray to clean the outside of the toilet
- Wipe down the toilet seat and handle with a disinfecting wipe
- Spray disinfectant cleaner on the sink and countertops
- Use a clean cloth to wipe down and remove any dirt or grime
- Make sure to clean around faucets and handles
- Check the soap and paper towel levels
- Refill as needed with appropriate products
- Make sure dispensers are working properly
- Sweep the floors to remove any debris
- Mop the floors with a disinfectant cleaner
- Pay extra attention to corners and edges
- Remove trash bags from the cans
- Replace with new bags
- Make sure to tie the bags securely
- Spray glass cleaner on the mirror
- Use a clean cloth to wipe down and remove any streaks
- Ensure the mirror is shining and spotless
