Meeting minutes

Pre-Meeting Preparation

  • Retrieve the document containing the previous meeting minutes
  • Read through the entire document to refresh your memory
  • Make note of any action items that are pending or need follow-up
  • Review the agenda for the upcoming meeting
  • List out each agenda item that will be discussed
  • Note any additional items that may need to be added for discussion
  • Create a document or spreadsheet to use for taking notes during the meeting
  • Include sections for agenda items, action items, decisions made, and any other relevant information
  • Print out enough copies for all attendees or set up a digital document for sharing
