Discuss any data privacy concerns the user may have

Inquire about their understanding of data security measures

Assess their confidence in the system's security features

Gather suggestions for enhancing data protection

Closing

Allow the user to ask any remaining questions or provide additional feedback

Thank the user for their time and input

Provide information on how their feedback will be used

Schedule any follow-up actions or next steps

Post-Interview Analysis

Review and analyze the interview notes

Identify common themes or patterns in user feedback

Extract actionable insights and prioritize them

Share the findings with the relevant stakeholders
