Gathering Initial Documentation

Pay the required filing fees (including biometrics fee, if applicable)

Keep a record of the receipt notice and tracking number for future reference

Preparing for USCIS Interviews

Schedule and prepare the clients for the USCIS marriage-based adjustment of status interview

Review the application packet and supporting documents with the clients

Advise the clients on potential interview questions and proper etiquette

Follow-up and Response

Monitor the case status online using the USCIS tracking number

Respond promptly to any Requests for Evidence (RFE) or Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID)

Keep the clients informed about any updates or changes in the case
