  • Verify the authenticity of the provided identification documents
  • Create a checklist of required supporting documents based on the specific case
  • Request the client to provide any relevant documents such as contracts, emails, or invoices
  • Organize and store the received supporting documents in a secure electronic file
  • Inquire if the client has any previous legal documents or agreements related to the case
  • Request the client to provide copies of any relevant documents, such as previous court orders or contracts
  • Review and analyze the collected prior legal documents for their relevance to the current matter
