Check for any damages or stains on the items

Record and tag each item with a unique identifier

Separate the laundry based on type (e.g., clothes, bedding, towels)

Weigh the laundry and record the weight for billing purposes

Sort the laundry further based on color, fabric type, and washing instructions

Pre-treat any stains or heavily soiled areas using appropriate stain removers

Ensure delicate or sensitive items are handled separately

Load the washing machines with the sorted laundry

Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener

Set the washing machine to the correct cycle and temperature

Start the washing machine and monitor the process

Transfer the washed laundry to the dryer

Set the dryer to the appropriate heat and drying time

Remove any items that require air-drying and hang them accordingly

Ensure the laundry is completely dry before moving to the next step

Iron or press the appropriate items to remove wrinkles

Fold or hang the items neatly after ironing

Separate the folded items based on customer preferences (e.g., by family, individual)

Ensure the finished items are organized and ready for pick-up

Package the cleaned and folded items into individual bags or hampers

Label each package with the customer's name and order details

Sort the packages based on delivery routes or pick-up locations

Schedule deliveries or notify customers about their ready orders

Inspect the finished items for any missed stains, wrinkles, or damages

Re-wash or re-iron any items that do not meet quality standards

Ensure all items are properly folded, packaged, and ready for customer satisfaction

Calculate the total bill based on the weight and additional services

Provide the customer with the bill and explain the charges

Accept payment through cash, card, or other accepted methods

Thank the customer and ensure their satisfaction with the service

Regularly clean and maintain the washing machines and dryers

Organize and restock laundry supplies (detergent, fabric softener, etc.)

Clean and sanitize the work area, folding tables, and storage spaces

Conduct routine inspections to identify any equipment repairs or replacements needed
