- Ensure that the lamination is securely bonded to the substrate.
- Package the laminated products in suitable containers or packaging materials.
- Label the packages with necessary information such as product name, quantity, and batch number.
- Ensure that the packaging is secure and protects the laminated products from damage during transportation or storage.
- Maintain a record of the quantities of laminated products produced.
- Note down any issues or problems encountered during the lamination process.
- Record any rejections or defects found during the inspection.
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures as per environmental regulations.
- Separate any waste materials generated during the lamination process for appropriate recycling or disposal.
- Dispose of hazardous waste materials in accordance with local regulations.
- Clean the lamination machine thoroughly after use to remove any residue or debris.
- Inspect and lubricate the machine components as per manufacturer recommendations.
- Store the machine in a clean and dry environment to prevent damage or corrosion.
