- Upload test content to the digital signage system
- Schedule the test content to be displayed on the connected displays
- Observe the playback of the test content on the displays and ensure that it is displayed correctly and without any issues
- Check the quality of the displayed content, including resolution, color accuracy, and audio clarity
- Select a specific location to conduct the pilot test
- Create a plan for the pilot test, including the duration and specific objectives
- Deploy the digital signage system in the selected location
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of the system during the pilot test period
- Distribute surveys or questionnaires to users of the digital signage system
- Collect feedback on the usability, content effectiveness, and overall satisfaction with the system
- Analyze the feedback and identify areas for improvement or adjustments
- Implement necessary changes or adjustments based on the feedback received
- Identify the staff members who will be responsible for operating and managing the digital signage system
- Schedule training sessions for the identified staff members
- Provide hands-on training on how to operate and manage the system, including content management, scheduling, and troubleshooting
- Ensure that the staff members are familiar with the system and confident in their ability to use it effectively
