Daily Cleaning and Inventory Checklist
- Use a damp cloth or disinfectant wipe to clean countertops and surfaces
- Pay special attention to areas where food is prepared or consumed
- Sweep floors to remove dirt and debris
- Mop floors using a suitable cleaner for the type of flooring
- Tie up trash bags and dispose of them in the appropriate outdoor bin
- Replace with a new bag if necessary
- Check each restroom for low supplies of toilet paper and paper towels
- Refill as needed to ensure availability for guests
- Take inventory of cleaning supplies such as disinfectant sprays, wipes, and trash bags
- Make a note of any items that need to be restocked or replaced
