Before Washing Hands
Hand Washing Steps
- Turn on the faucet and let the water run over your hands
- Ensure both hands are completely wet
- Lather your hands with a sufficient amount of soap
- Make sure to cover all surfaces of your hands
- Rub your palms together
- Rub the back of your hands
- Interlace your fingers and rub the backs of them
- Rub your thumbs
- Rub the tips of your fingers on the opposite palm
- Ensure to clean between each finger
- Use a nail brush to clean under your nails if available
- Hold your hands under running water
- Make sure all soap is washed away
- Pat your hands dry with a clean towel
- Ensure both hands are completely dry
