Weekly Maintenance Checklist

  • Turn off the unit and disconnect power.
  • Remove the access panel to reach the filters.
  • Inspect filters for dirt and damage.
  • Clean or replace filters as necessary.
  • Reinstall filters and access panel.
  • Locate the condensate drain line.
  • Inspect for visible clogs or debris.
  • Use a wet/dry vacuum to clear blockages.
  • Flush the drain line with water.
  • Ensure proper drainage by observing flow.
  • Turn off power to the unit.
  • Inspect the fan blades for chips or cracks.
  • Check motor for unusual noises or overheating.
  • Ensure all screws and connections are secure.
  • Replace any damaged parts as needed.
  • Use a calibrated thermometer and hygrometer.
  • Record temperature and humidity readings.
  • Compare readings against set parameters.
  • Adjust settings if readings are outside normal range.
  • Ensure proper air circulation for accurate measurements.
