Pre-Start Checks
- Ensure there is enough space around the generator for proper airflow.
- Avoid placing the generator in enclosed spaces or near flammable materials.
- Open the fuel cap and visually inspect the fuel level.
- Refill the fuel tank if necessary to avoid running out during operation.
- Locate the oil dipstick and remove it to check the oil level.
- Add more oil if the level is below the recommended amount.
- Inspect the battery terminals for any signs of corrosion or damage.
- Use a multimeter to check the battery voltage and charge if needed.
- Locate the air filter housing and remove it from the generator.
- Visually inspect the air filter for dirt or debris and clean or replace if necessary.
