- Attach CAD files in supported formats (STEP, IGES, etc.).
- Include any relevant sketches or diagrams.
- Ensure files are clean and free of errors.
- Check if multiple components require analysis.
- List any removed features (holes, fillets, etc.).
- State assumptions about material behavior.
- Clarify if idealized conditions are applied.
- Mention any symmetry or periodicity assumptions.
- Include exact measurements in preferred units.
- Specify tolerances for critical dimensions.
- Highlight areas with strict tolerances.
- Provide geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) details if available.
