Ensure that ECG monitoring equipment is present and operational.
Verify the availability of blood pressure cuffs and stethoscopes.
7. Documentation
Ensure that a resuscitation record or checklist is present.
Check that all necessary forms for documentation are available.
Confirm that pen/pencil is included for notes.
8. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

9. Miscellaneous Items
Check that a blanket or warming device is available.

10. Final Check
