Preparation Steps

Post-Filling Steps

Once the desired pressure is reached, close the helium supply tank valve.

Disconnect the filling hose from the spectrometer helium inlet.

Check for any leaks around the connections using a soapy water solution.

Ensure all equipment is returned to its proper place and that the area is clean.

Documentation

Record the date and time of the helium filling.

Note the final pressure reading in the spectrometer logbook.

Document any observations or issues encountered during the filling process.
